Who I Am...
One who enjoys uncovering the less obvious, the more ambiguous, the highly interesting trend, pattern or insight from the information that is there to be discovered as long as you look long enough for a framework of understanding to crystallize.
But it is not abstract process leading to more abstractions. It is a sensible process followed by practical solutions - because complete understanding and perfection are for another time and another place.
So, more practically speaking, I am just an analyst who sees a little deeper but not so deep that I drown in the joy of pure research. I return to the surface often. I spend more than a few moments to catch a breath because I enjoy the energy of the sun that feeds nearly all growth and development (except mushrooms, which aren't bad either). I want to find the usefullness of what I found - can it be used to make life just a little better overall.
I have been called by many names - financial analyst, vice president, strategic planner, volunteer, managing director, originator, lender, securitizer - in numerous context - banking, federal government, non-profit. My role though has never wavered from one who looks at and listens to what the world presents and then tries to respond in a way that helps a little at a time in such a way that real progress is being made.
Yes, this is still Under Construction, but it may always be so. So let's not wait until it is prefect to start to see what we can do about it. Email me and let's start a discussion and maybe we will find that new and interesting way to move a few step further. bylittl1@bylittlewords.com
